Mitchell B. Shenkman, a senior attorney, has been with the firm since 1999. He has general civil practice experience with an emphasis on commercial litigation. His areas of expertise include: litigation, commercial, corporate, real estate and employment law. Mitchell is admitted in New York, and federally in the Southern District of New York, the Eastern District of New York, the Second Circuit Court of Appeals and the District Court for the District of Columbia.
Mitchell graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook, and received his J.D. from Brooklyn Law School. He is a member of the Brooklyn Bar Association.
